- (b) Any claims, lawsuits, losses, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, investigation costs, and system restoration fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, infringement, unlawful acts, or use of the Website, for which you shall bear full indemnification responsibility and fully reimburse LANDMA and its affiliates for all losses and expenses;
- (c) Any cybersecurity incidents caused by your actions, for which you shall also bear all investigation and system restoration costs, and pay a daily interest of 1% of the loss amount;
- (d) Any third-party claims, demands, or lawsuits against LANDMA arising from your actions, for which you shall be responsible and shall indemnify LANDMA for all resulting costs and losses.

14. Miscellaneous
- 14.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LANDMA regarding your use of the Website and supersedes all prior agreements. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and future terms, the most recently published terms shall prevail.
- 14.2 Failure or delay by LANDMA in exercising any rights under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect LANDMA’s ability to exercise those rights in the future. LANDMA reserves the right to assert and exercise all rights at any time.
- 14.3 This Agreement is personally binding on you and may not be assigned, transferred, or delegated without LANDMA’s written consent. LANDMA may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under this Agreement.
